# Executive Coaching for 360 Degree Feedback

viaPeople’s Talent Strategies Team are experienced executive coaches who can assist you delivering 360 degree feedback results to your leaders. Individual feedback and coaching sessions help ensure that what leaders learn through the feedback process results in enhanced performance.   During these individual sessions, viaPeople will:

- Assist individuals in interpreting and understanding their feedback,
- Reduce any feelings of mistrust or defensiveness that might surround critical feedback,
- Help leaders understand how positive feedback points to strengths and critical feedback points to areas for development,
- Instruct individuals on how to solicit additional feedback from peers and others on a regular basis,
- Provide specific developmental recommendations on how to increase effectiveness based on the leader’s unique mix of strengths and development areas,
- Brainstorm additional actions/methods for enhancing performance, and
- Guide individuals in creating an individual development plan aimed at leveraging their strengths, enhancing their areas of development, and supporting their individual business goals.
