In early 2002, the founders of viaPeople began to imagine a company with a business model that was different from any other company in the human resources software industry. Leah Groehler, Ph.D.
In her more than 25 years of experience, Leah has worked with organizations to redesign and implement their performance management, succession planning, and 360 feedback initiatives. Using her talent management expertise, Leah has also strengthened leaders' capabilities across organizations by facilitating talent calibration discussions and coaching leaders across a variety of industries. As a cofounder of viaPeople, Leah also uses her leadership and expertise to continually improve our software and ensure we are the best in the marketplace.
