With over 25 years of experience, Leah has worked with organizations to redesign and implement their performance management, succession planning and 360 feedback initiatives. Using her talent management expertise, Leah has also strengthened leadership capability across organizations by facilitating talent calibration discussions and coaching executives and other leaders across a variety of industries.

As a co-founder of viaPeople, Leah also uses her leadership and expertise to continually improve upon the viaPeople software products and ensure they are consistently the best in the marketplace.

Leah’s client organizations include Starbucks, Merck, Lands’ End, bluebird bio, Elara Caring and many others. These deep client relationships have extended for decades as Leah’s clients rely on her advice for many different aspects of their talent processes.

Leah received her Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
